Dr Dimitrios Tsivrikos is a noted gallerist, curator, art advisor, and auction specialist. Educated in art history and curation at Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), with more than a decade of experience, he guides his clients to acquire exceptional works of art that are tailored to their individual aesthetics, goals, and needs.
Prior to founding THE TAGLI, Dimitrios established a London-based gallery, whilst gaining international acclaim for leading sales with Christie’s, Sotheby’s, and other premiere auction houses. These have resulted in enormously successful transactions, including a world-record sale for a work by Alberto Burri (Saccho e Rosso, $13.2 million).
Over the course of his career, he passionately believes in nurturing and supporting emerging artists, throughout the process of introducing them to the art market and launching their careers in some of the largest art fair platforms such as ZONAMACO. Dimitrios continues to advise and manage international contemporary art collections, curate exhibitions, and is a proud patron of numerous philanthropic and non-profit institutions, including Tate and Gasworks.
